I have an espresso machine at home that I use for pre-workout.. 2 Shots of espresso and I'm good to go.. All threads like this seem to end up in "real supplements" lol. But there's a reason. Besides using a good protein ( I LOVE O.N. products) which usually has BCAA's, Glutamine, and Arginine etc, your money is much better spent on eating right.. Period.. There is no replacement for getting nutrients from good clean food, and in most cases, supplements can be a huge waste of money, and the ones that actually work come with side effects not more severe than actually using HGH or Test. I know firsthand that HGH is a wonder drug.. My roommates dad is 59 years old, takes it every day, is absolutely shredded, built like an ox, and healthy as a horse.. One supplement you said you would stay away from is Creatine.. Why? Out of all the over the counter products, creatine has the most hope.. Personally, I can put on 10 solid pounds of water weight when I start taking creatine, and that is the whole purpose of it, to transport more water to your muscles.. I have used Concrete for years, and actually believe that it does something, unlike many other things I've wasted money on in the past.
