surging issue...

ok out of no where car started surging very bad under WOT....

Been trying to track down any issues and all ive been able to see is that my
"TP ABSOLUTE" is bouncing around when my car is surging...

what is tp absolute?

TPS voltage issue or throttle cable issue (throttle cable isn't pulling the throttle open far enough)
