More likely it's people leaving IL. FIB (if you're not familiar with the acronym, look it up) concentration along the state line from Beloit and east has always been high, but it seems to me they're now focused on infiltrating the peninsula (Door County) like it's a feeding frenzy. Really grinds my gears when I have to wait in lines in my own state behind a bunch of boobs with IL plates.
