OK, anyone who has put money down on the SVT Focus, check in hear. I want to hear your experiences. I have put $500 down. I want black with the sunroof & audiophile package. My dealer has not placed the order into the order bank but, I'm promised their first SVT Focus. The $500 is 100% refundable by the way.

I am a tech for a Ford dealer in CA. My order went through on June 19th. Five people have orders ahead of me. We are supposed to get about 23 SVT Foci (we're pretty big)Might not get it until Feb or March I'm told, but can't be sure one way or another... Getting Blue, w/ audio and moonroof. Would be cool if they let me use the "A plan"

SVT Focus

Ford does not have the SVT Focus up in their system so there is no way to place an order yet. Options and colors are not finalized, nor is allocation, so we don't even know how many we will get or when we might get them. At our store we are simply taking orders to go on a waiting list so that those customers can make final decisions when we get more information and they will have their spot reserved.

My order has been placed. I received a letter from my dealer with the order number. It said they would give me the serial number or ship date at a later time. From what I know dealers were supposed to received their allotment the week of June 8th. Options and colors and such have been finalized for quite some time now.

The only thing not finalized is the pricing...I got a computer printout from Ford showing all option numbers etc...SAYs vehicle not for sale being held until pricing is finalized, from FORD not my dealer...
