Sway bars

Hi guys and gals. I have a question about the stock sway bar on a 07 gt 500. I noticed 2 mounting locations for the sway bar links on the bar itself. I was wondering if any one has bolted there links to the most forward location and what kind of effect there was. Moving to the most forward hole shortens the arm therefore making the bar react quicker. But does it stabilize the front more and what kind of drivability does it have doing this?
