Ok guys, I put an IRS out of a 99 Cobra into my 98 Cobra. All has been well with this setup for quite a while now. But recently I noticed a clunking from the rear when hitting sharp bumps, like a quick sharp jolt makes it do it. So I got it up in the air and realized that the rear swaybar is actually hitting the bottom of the upper control arm. The paint on the top of the bar is gone and its starting to rust there, and you can see a clear wear spot on the bottom of the UCA. The car is lowered with H&R SS springs w/o isos, and the IRS has about 80K miles on it. Anyone ever have this problem?

Is the car lowered? If so you need the MM adjustable rear end-links to neutral out the swaybar.

Um yeah, they will hit the upper arm if the bump is big enough. Get the MM end-links. Problem solved.
