Switching tunes on SCT...

Hello,

I have a 2001 GT with a Vortech on it. I purchased an SCT X3 tuner for my tuner to transfer the dyno tune.

Anyways, I am going to strip off the supercharger and sell as a package. Do you know what steps I would need to do to set the ECU back to stock?

Also, can I advertise the SCT that the dyno tune is "saved" in the tuner? Meaning, would the new owner be able to upload the tune to their car?

the xcal3 has a function in it to return the vehicle to stock- not hard. and no you cannot transfer a tune to a different car unless you have rights to do so. another note is that unless the said purchaser has the same exact car and processor it definately wouldn't work.
