symptoms of clogged cats?

what are some of the symptoms of a clogged cats .

my car wont rev past 4200rpm so im thinking cats are clogged

=new fuel filter
=new 255 fuel pump
=vortech on 6psi
=42pounders
=msd wires
=ngk plugs
-new maf
=new iac
=new egr
-new tps and calbriated

Listen to your exhaust too, when mine got clogged I could hear a noticeable difference in the tone at Idle. Also you can sometimes hear the rattling of the catalyst having dislodged itself and moving around inside the body of the cat.

Mine were rattling around. I thought it was a transmission problem.

Seriously, what will it rev to at idle? What will it rev to at a stop in 1st gear and clutch depressed?

take off the mid pipe and see if it will rev past that rpm.

Easiest way, Put a vacuum gauge on the engine. Snap the throttle open, if the needle comes back slow or floats a bit, cats are clogged.

it dosent rev past 4k in 1st or while im driving i have an off road xpipe laying around might try that but if i ease off the gas it will slightly rev higher

I don't mean to offend you, but you need to stop throwing parts at it, it will cost a fortune and you may never fix it. How many floor mats do you have or did one slide up under the gas pedal? Or pull off the intake tube and have someone push the gas pedal down and make sure the throttle blade is opening all the way. Again I mean no offense, but check the easiest stuff first.
