SYNC shows my name and phone number as the sender for every text message

I'm using a droid through SYNC in a 2013 Mustang and SYNC shows my name and phone number as the sender for every text message, which makes replying impossible and no idea who sent it. When I repl it goes to me and not the sender. It was working up to about a month ago. Anybody else having this issue? I’m not sure if the problem is on the phone or SYNC side.

I still haven't figured out how to use sync to send a text. Sync is not exactly user friendly for me.

I've read the manual and played with every option and I'm still trying to figure it out. Probably would be a lot easier if I was doing it through a big nav screen and not a 2 inch screen from an alarm clock. :lol:
