T-45 questions

Anyone know T-45s here? Curious if the 1-2 and 3-4 synchro assemblies are the same or different, also T-56/T-45 input shaft the same?

I just want to know why my T-45's first gear has the shifter basically falling out of gear.. zero resistance when all the other gears feel tight like a tiger

The 1-2 and 3-4 synchros are the same. Not sure about the input shaft, but I'd say they're probably not the same as the T56 due to gearing.
