About to start my t56 swap and wanted to see if I have a good handle on whats going on here, pretty sure I have all my parts and wanna make sure im going into this with a full understanding.
1.I have a complete trans, 26 spline input shaft with the bellhousing.
2. Have proper clutch and a new flywheel.
3. Have the proper driveshaft for installation.
4. Have the AJE crossmember needed for the swap.
Now my questions regard the wirring for the speedo and also the reverse lockout, not to sure how to go about these two items. I do have the exended range dallas speedcal that a few mention but the conection on the trans seems different. Can I use my t45 speedo gear and sensor plug in this trans? Also is there a write up on wiring the reverse solenoid up as I don't wanna change the spring or muscle it into reverse every time.
