Tan/yellow Tach Wire

Is the tan/yellow tach wire shown in the schematic actually the fat (10 ga) tan/white wire just above the brake pedal? Maybe I'm colorblind but it looks tan/white to me.
I'm installing a shift light and hate to cut into the wrong one.
