please keep us posted i have an 03 and keeps popping the starter relay fuse i thought it was my alarm best buy dosent really like me right now
im overseas right now otherwise id take to Ford today

yeah, i have an 03 and it didnt seem to want to start the other day and i only have like 24k miles on it.

I've had the same problem where it has lagged on starting sometimes. Mine is a '00....

I can already tell you there are not recalls on these trucks other than the intercooler and speed control switch on early trucks. TSB's are technical service bullitins... Basically they say we have seen a few cases where this is happening and causing an issue. If you find this to be the case with what you are working on then perform this procedure. SSM's special service messages basically help give diag tips and tell of things to possibly look for.
