Jesus Christ that's sad. All that poor kid is going to remember is that after a day with his dad at baseball game, his father disappears over a railing in the blink of an eye and is gone without saying a word to each other. Haunting.

"Full arrest" means he went in to cardiac and respiratory arrest . His heart stopped and he stopped breathing . The fall and the subseqant hit to his head probably caused a significant intercranial bleed which ultimately lead to his death .
