That underwater type effect

I don't know if much people notice this but a lot of exhaust set-ups you hear an under-water effect at idle. Like it's blowing bubbles. How do I get rid of this? I don't think the exhaust type matters because I've heard it in both catted and catless mid-pipes.

That's the signature of a high-performance exhaust system with less back pressure. Only the stock exhaust will be quieter and minimize that sound.
