I bought a sterling gray premium w the 401a trim and a auto. Here's a few pics.
Also went to track cfr we had a headwind of about 10 mph 73 deg. Best I did was a 13.11 @ 109. Since then got a bama tune, a jlt and a x/or, will see sat what that does at cordova. The tune seemed to pick up low end a lot and man it shifts hard now and at 7k. My 03 seems so caveman compared to this car.

Just a heads up on the x/or I got. It had no bolts at all. Next the stock ones for easy assemble are press fit like a lug bolt. So had to tack mig some s/s 10 mm dia bolts on flange about 1 3/4" long. Next you need a 2 to 3 ft 3/8 ext w the wobble and a 15mm socket and wrenchs. Only way to get to that one nut is from up top. Pass side. The gaskets look to be reusable. I got the jlt today it looks very nice. Anyway keep all that in mind if doing it yourself alone. Just no way to hold loose bolts decent while tq them down by yourself esp that one. Save yourself some work. The back connection is a double bolt band clamp like bassani.

12.64 is good enough to beat any s/s stick camaro that is stock. The guy won't run the 03 yet has snaketr for a plate. Maybe just get gm 4 dnr or s/s 4 dnr. But no it's wifes car mostly. Handicapped plates.

I think I was spinning as 60 ft right at 2.00, here's a video. It smoked those et streets a lot more than the 03 does.

^ It's the wife's car, I'm trying to do good, a few more mi. some practice. Then maybe get those 60's down some. Maybe lil tune tweaking. And thinking about the d spec's as I love my tokico drag struts on 03. Smooth as silk if you want. Heard even better for d specs. If so well that's a winner on long road trips or dragstrip. So far very happy with it. It does everything too. You def should think about this or if have the $ the ultimate a boss 302. They already have adj. struts/shocks.

All I know every car I've had is different compared to same model as others. I went through testing 6 85 gt's till I found one that ran hard. It beat a 87 gt notch, one of the quickest. I'm glad I sold the 69, this car is quicker, gets mpg, corners like a race car and is fitted/ finished very nice. Glad to see Ford step up and do the right thing. And yes glad 5th gen camaro came along, w/o it no reason for a new powertrain.

It will go faster, keep it up.
Thanks for choosing JLT

It looks very nice and I had a harbor freight step bit, everyone should have that set. Very nice for sheet metal or fiberglass or carbon. X2 better than a bit w a port drill. Only thing the tb end on mine was a lil oval made it hard to put coupling on, ended up soaping rubber up. But nothing has came off and looks super. You might mention how to take those clips off. Just trying to help.

Hey btw put the car on our truck scales at work. 400 premium w 401a and a auto, stock 5 spoke 18's and brakes and a like lethal x o/r pipe weight w 1/2 tank of gas = 3635#. Oh yea I messed up evidently some of these new spring hose couplings can stay open, well the sound tube one did that and fell off, prob why my 60ft was crappy, but be awhile sat is rain don't know about next wk. Hey I really wanted to do like at least a 12.40 beat lil bro in laws bbc 66 malibu. Lot more modded than I.
