very sweet! what motor's in the 33?

It has a 289 thats been punched 40 over, heads have been fitted with oversized valves, not sure of cam specs but it just thumps at idle. Has a wieland hi rise tunnel ram with two holley 4bbl on it. She really needs a stall of the line but from a roll the SOB gets up and flies.

Nice man, very cool 33. Did you tell Grandpa you would take care of that for him eventually

Yea its been in our family since it was bought new. My grandpa got it for christmas in 52 when it was retired from farm truck life. He chopped, channeled and put a 51 ford dash in it over the years and in 64 started his business. It sat in the garage til he remodeled the house when we pushed it outside. It sat under a tarp for two years when me and dad brought it home. We put on 32 rails put new floors in and unchanneled it. I built the motor in college and 6 years ago dad took grandpa to lunch in it for his 81st birthday on Aug 27th. First time he had ever ridden in it. He never got it running in the time he had it. He looked like a lil kid when they got home. He passed away that december. Thats why the paint and interior arent finished. We wanted him to enjoy it and knew he didnt have a lot of time left with us. We just havent stopped driving it enough to take it apart to finish it yet. Its the one vehicle that will forever be part of our family. Sorry for the novel lol:beer:

very cool! I'm just happy to see it's still a ford motor, Woulda been a huge facepalm if it was a sbc. tell your granddad job well done!
