Went to go see it last night. It was not all it was hyped up to me - and it was a rather short movie. Anyone else see it or plan on seeing it?

I want to see it in a bad way. After reading your post I wonder if I should wait for DVD.
Was going to see this tonight, but may hold out.
I should have saw The Internship instead.
Was really excited for this one. Too predictable, and not enough action. Was hoping to see more purge in general, not just the family. Decent ending IMO.
I'm sure it will spawn several sequels.
6/10 for me. Saw it last night.
The Internship was good, I would suggest seeing that over The Purge. Heard it wasn't that great from numerous people.
I chose to see the hangover 3 last week instead. Seems like I made a decent choice after reading this.
The plot reminds me of an old Star Trek series episode where the inhabitants were all calm and every so often they got to go nuts and do whatever they wanted.

it was okay. won't be missing out if you see it on dvd. we all know next week is when people will be heading to the theater in droves. lol!
I saw it was really short, 1hr 25min in think? short for a movie that had a damn good thought behind it
Heard it was terrible, maybe catch it HBO.
My dad and brother went Friday night, said wait for it to hit redbox, WAY over hyped.
saw it in the theater this past week.....save your $$ people, it's a solid rental

I thought it was worth seeing. I see nothing wrong with the NRA or defending the 2nd amendment.
Definitely wasnt as good as I thought it was gonna be, but wasnt terrible. A little to short, yes. Worth a watch though.
