Some of the comments are claiming the plane in the video is a replica or movie prop because there is no way it could survive intact that long underwater.

They look like they would be a blast to fly though! If I had my license I would want to fly old WW2 fighters if I could fly anything. A jet would be cool but there is just something cooler about those planes.

I dunno, ill bet that when walking out to the runway youd say ahhhhhhh **** it ill take the F22 for a spin, I know I would

Not entirely fair - study the mishap in detail and you'll see a design flaw contributed to the LOA / LOL. That and clear pilot error.

I thought about that, but there is just an appeal to the old planes like an appeal to a classic car. I guess it would be like choosing between an original GT40 and the new GT. I'd kill to drive the new GT but you know the experience in the GT40 will be just as incredible.
