The stall and a chip

I have a chip (diablo) and pulley (2.80) in the car now and all of a sudden I got the stall after 8 months. Does anyone know 100% for sure if you have your computer flashed for the stall, will the chip still work after the car gets flashed? I am hearing conflicting stories about this.

I got the stall fix done to my car, she runs perfect ever since. I am having my pulley install may 4 by larrocca performance and a dyno tune. I asked them the same question, and they say it is no problem, they can still tune the car. I guess I will have to wait and find out.

I got my computer reflashed for the stall back in February and it fixed it. No stalls and it started so much better. I recently had Apten custom tune my car and they gave me the '04 computer calibrations(AMZ1) customized for my mods in an SCT flasher. Still no stall. Runs great!
