my buddy had a civic that sounded like that. his made that whistle becasue he had a jackson racing supercharger on it. im not sure if thats the reason that civic made that whistle in the vid....

its possible , cuz it is a shop car, for some place called overdose motorsports or something.
but if it were a s/c , its pretty freaking loud at low rpms , basicaly like a centrifugal.
