I'm really on the fence about it because I know I can't get anywhere near the amount of money I have in it in mods alone, but I haven't really done anything but work on the car in years, and the family isn't really interested in it since we all started riding ATV's a lot this past year. If I sold it I could afford to get a better tow vehicle for the toy hauler and a big 4x4 quad that I want, and I think I would get a lot more use out of them, then I do the Cobra, so I wanted to see if anyone relatively local was interested in it, as I'm dreading having to deal with a ton of people on the internet while I'm trying to sell it, that really don't have any intention of buying it anyway.

So if anyone is interested, or knows of someone interested, let me know.

Most of you know the car, but the basics are:

Built Teksid short block by Fox Lake 9.1-1 Diamond Pistons, Oliver rods, Cobra Crank.

Built 4R70W by Darrin at BC Automotive with manual Valve body and L/U and O/D on a switch and Hurst pistol Grip 1/4 stick.

Solid axle with lots of reinforcement with Moser 31 spline axles and True Track diff

Full Lethal Returnless fuels system with 3 GT pumps, MDM, and 80# injectors

Cooling mist Meth kit

Red Alert EGT system with sensors in every exhaust port set to kill the boost controller upon any cyl lean condition.

Eboost 2 boost controller

Hellion TT kit with custom 3.5" intake tube powder coated to match the valve covers and 01 Cobra intake.

Full UPR tubular front suspension

Strange struts/shocks

Powder coated 17" Enkei RPF-1's (15 #'s and 17#'s)

Corbeau CR1's with a Bolt in MM 6 point roll bar with swing outs and removable harness bar that is also powder coated black

Thats' just the big stuff, there are obviously a ton of other parts I'm not even mentioning.

The car made 700 on straight pump and 16.5 #'s, 850 on pump/meth and 23#'s and 991 on race gas and 28#'s through the T-56. I've only dynoed it on the pump Meth tune since putting the auto in and it made 780. Believe me when I say that now that the converter is loosened up, it feels Waaaaay faster with the auto.

The body is in good shape, but it is black, and does have some small rock chips and scratches that you only see because the car is black, but it looks good for a car that has been driven and has just turned 40k miles.

The car also came in 3rd in the 2010 5.0 Mustang and Super Fords Magazine King of the Street competion, and you can also look up my screen name and see everything good and bad the car has ever done.

I tried to build the car to run 9's in street trim and be able to be driven anywhere, and it should have no problems doing that now that the converter is set up right.

I'm gonna list it at $28k, but I can work with some one from MACA that make the sale as pain free as possible.

great car, GL with it. There comes a time when sometimes these cars are not our number priority or seems like it.

Ya, My 9 year old son just had his first gncc style quad race this past weekend. I think that's what pushed me over the edge of starting the sale process.
