this happens when in idle..

started doing this like a week ago sometimes its more than others.sometimes it doesnt do it,sometimes it goes down all the way down to 200 and shoots right up to 1500 rpm's..i checked the vac. lines i thought maybe it was like a loose hose or sumthing but i didnt find anything..could it be the fuel filter?

Check the IAC. Try cleaning it. If it gets better then replace it with a new one.

Clean IAC,let soak in it,then clean again.ive replaced iac and had to clean multiple times.past few days has been acting up so ill be cleaning it again soon.hope it works because bad idle screws up driving enjoyment,plain sucks
