OBAMA: 'We can't drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times... and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK'...

Socialism anyone? Forget American exceptionalism, forget economic growth, forget the US as we know it if he wins. Let us not forget he is completely ignorant when it comes to National security and Foreign affairs. This guy scares me.

Didn't Hillary say something along the lines of "I think its obvious the free market economy has failed."?

We consume a lot and are a very materialistic society, so obviously other countries might not think highly upon us. I don't think Obama is stating much more than the obvious, imo.

I keep my house at 68F during the day and 65F at night, I eat 7 meals a day (~5000-5500 calories in total), and my daily driver averages 11.4mpg in mixed driving. You know why I don't give a ****? Because I work for a living. I'm sorry but **** the rest of the world, we deal with our problems, they can deal with theirs--nobody (especially not a limp dick democrat) is going to tell me how to live end of story.
God help us all if that dipshit gets elected.

Probably should have posted this in Smackdown. No worries, it'll be there soon enough anyway.

I have to in order to stay at 200-205lbs. You know how some people eat to live, and others live to eat? I'm the latter, the only real downside is that it takes a lot of time making all that food. :(

Hell I drive an SUV that gets like 15mpg, and I also eat 7 meals a day so i can't really disagree with you. Im just saying that in reference to how the world views us, he is right.

She's scary too, but I thought it would be an oxymoron to put it on here. LOL McCain is no better then the two of them for the most part. Scary stuff.

You seem like a cool guy Fourcam, but what you said is completely nuts. The United States uses a completely insane amount of resources compared to the rest of the world. I agree people should work hard, but working hard alone doesn't give you a right to just waste resources. What about your kids, or grandkids, etc? I think everyone has a responsibility to try to do the best they can within reason to not be wasteful. I also don't think trying to conserve a little would really impact your quality of life all that much. Resources are limited and I want my kids, grandkids, etc to enjoy a quality of life similar to mine. If I have to conserve a little bit to do that, I'm willing.

Just so you know I wasn't singling you out, my first post was just a general statement. Anyway, a significant portion of the world hasn't liked us for some time, even though we dole out more worldwide humanitarian aid than any other country by a longshot. You just can't please everyone, ****ed if you do, ****ed if you don't. Regardless, you don't get to the top and stay there without not caring what others think and/or pissing some people off. I guess I have to ask, what have those countries that dislike us done for us lately, if ever? Exactly, so **** them.

If you think we're bad take a gander at China/India in 10 years.

Brother, this is a free country, lots of men/women have given their lives so that we can set our Tstat's at what ever temp we want, fill our tanks as full as we want, drive as long as we want, and eat as much as we want.
We already have too many laws telling us what we can and can't do, many of which make absolutely no ****ing sense whatsoever, do you really want Uncle Barrack to regulate our sources of energy??? The way I see it, they don't do much of anything right and stick their noses where they don't belong (MLB) enough as is, why give them something else to **** up?
Honestly, I just hope that my grandkids are smart enough not to vote Jackass so they can tap AK and the gulf instead of watching China/MX drain our supplies. If they aren't, I guess they deserve to drive ecars afterall. ;-)
