yeah worst thing you can do when your back goes out is go to bed. my back episodes last 3 or 4 time longer when I go to bed than when I keep moving.
Same thing for me.

How are you feeling OP? Today is the first day since Sunday that I feel somewhat normal. Only took muscle relaxers and ibuprofen, stretched as much as I could and kept moving around each hour.
It's been over a week and yesterday when I was stretching I heard a pop and I feel fine now.
Same thing the other day for me as well. I was stretching, felt a pop and the little pain I was still having went away! That was right after I called and set up an appointment with the chiropractor for today, which I'm going to anyway because I already set it up. Glad to hear you're doing better.
I just saw your reply glad to hear you are feeling better. Sounds like you might have a bulging disc if it acts up again recommend getting an MRI by the way I'm a strong believer in Chiropractic but you have to find the right chiropractor. If you go to see a neurologist find one who is D.O. who is willing to work out a treatment plan that includes Chiropractic and physical therapy
