Has anyone picked the BBK or Ford Racing T/B? Anyone seen an increase of power from swapping?

I know a few have, but you probably wont get tons of answers cause the TBs seems to be super expensive right now.
oh yeah, especially the Ford Racing.

Plus weigh the cost of gain vs cost of part, and having to find a competent person to tune it without drive ability issues. You know, a turbo car doesn't need a bigger throttle body.
