Throttle body electronics swap

Hey guys I have a 14 5.0 with a cobra jet setup running the stock 60mm gt500 tb, I have someone local that wants to trade his 67mm vmp for my whipple monoblade throttle body, its an extra tb I have with no electronics, when we do the swap can I use my tb electronics and adjust by my 5.0s voltage or what would be the best way to swap electronics??
