Ok guys my car is still idleing around 1300 or 1400 rpm after switching to a single blade accufab. what do I touch the volt meter to to get a accurate reading of volts to see how much I am getting, and what do I do to regulate the voltage?
Throttle body help needed!!!

The voltage at the tps should be .99 volts. I use my diablo tuner to see where it's at.
