Throw Out Bearing Replacement?

Can anyone tell me approx how much I should expect to pay to replace one of these? And should I get an aftermarket one or stick with the Ford piece? :shrug:

I just bought a Ford Racing heavy duty throw out bearing from Jared @ Lethal Performance. :beer:

I think it was around $35 plus shipping.
