Hey everyone. Thinking about getting this hood for my 2013. Trying to see if anyone has the tiger racing hood preferably fiberglass but CF is ok. I wanted to see if I could meet somewhere and look at it. Fit, finish, talk about water during rain, etc.

I live on the south side of Houston (Friendswood) but work in Galleria and drive all over.

Thank!!

Water will pour in it like a drain grate. It's a fair weather hood for sure.

If you have an after market intake maybe, otherwise there is no issue. I have driven mine in the rain, had snow collect in it, all without issue.

Trying to figure out what is next...

I was thinking about hood, flush mount louvers, and wing (painted and installed $2,200).

Hood: Fiberglass Tiger Racing Hood in a paint scheme like this with the louvered area painted metallic silver to match the stripe.

Wing: Either the Steeda version or the Kenney Brown version:

Kenney Brown

Kinda like the Kenney brown better as there are already holes for four points where the wing touches and if I do the Steeda I will need to fill the two outer mount holes.

And Silverhorse Racing Flush Mount Louvers

Thoughts?

The steeds is the one used in the road racing series. It's looks are what they are. It adds aero. Downforce is much better than the ls spoiler.

Just don't know how keen I am on having to plug holes on the truck. The Kenny Brown uses all the original mounting holes b

Man, that things gonna need some serious bracing to keep the lid from caving in.
But it provided same ton of freaking down force though

That has crossed my mind. I like the tiger hood better but am thinking about the cervini Type 4 ram air hood.

The ram air can be made functional, but doubt it is worth it.

Tiger Racing, Trufiber, and Cobra R hoods are the only hoods that looks good on the '13-'14, IMO. The ram air is just too big and honky for me.

Looks like it is trying to hard, and failing, to look like a WS6.
