I think its time to give up with what I realize as a bad financial decision.

Couple months ago i stumbled on a 03 Redfire that after taking for a test drive, i just had to have. The plan was, buy Cobra, sell GT, continue on with life. So got a loan through the bank for 25k for the cobra and a personal loan for 1500$ to cover tax and whatnot, under pretense my GT would sell 2002 GT Eleanor for a good 3k more than what i owe on it(i owe 13k at this point, sad huh) and use that to bring the personal loan to zero and slap some more mods on the cobra. well the GT has has zero action whatsoever, couple people calling asking 7-9k for it since it has almost 90k on it, plus 99-04 GT's in my area even under 50kmi are going for 9k, so im pretty much stuck with the GT, so the Cobra has to go. I cant keep throwing in two car payments and insurance for two upper level mustangs (itd be a bit different if it was a V6 and a GT, but a GT and a Cobra is killer), I *can* afford both, but spending 3 out of 4 of my checks on two cars is not how id like to spend these years of my life, and doing it for 4 months now, its getting tiresome, i have things i want to do come springtime and two cars are not going to let me do that.

Enough about the situation, heres the car.

2003 Redfire Cobra
53,000mi
MGW shifter/Billet Knob
Billetflow TB
Steeda RAI
2.93" Pulley
100mm idlers
DiabloChip with AmazonRacing tune for the 3.1" pulley, tune later modified for 2.93" and a bit on the safer side (cali likes to water down its 91 octane in winter)
Bassani X-Pipe and Catback
423hp/440tq on the 3.1" pulley(According to previous owner who couldnt find the new dyno numbers), id assume its 423/440 on the 2.93"er.

I got the car at 52k, all mods done by previous owner who did them right around the 45k mark, so the blower hasnt been overspun for long, plus previous owner commuted to san jose from santa-cruz, so its not like he had many chances of open traffic to abuse it aside from the twisties before hitting the valley.

It has a high-end alpine deck (it requires an external amp, i think its alpine CDA9887 or something like that) and some no-name amp that runs whatever speakers he has installed. Im not much of an audio guy anymore, though they are very crisp and high pitched, and zero bass, prolly has bass blockers installed. Id assume its a great setup for a awesome system, just needs a sub/amp combo.

I really dont know how to price this. Its basically in perfect condition aside from the mileage, i dont spend money on shitty cars and for the time ive had it, zero problems starting or running, no weird sounds, no strange drivetrain issues (like my GT), only buzz/rattle is a certain RPM with the exhaust and the E-Brake handle, i just learnt to rest my hand on the ebrake and that solved that. Ill put it to you this way, the quicker it goes, the easier you make my life. My payoff amount was 22.5k last time i checked, so be gentle. No stupid lowballers, you only hurt the community.

ill just link the rest to save those pesky 56kers from ultimate doom

Sorry to hear about your situation as well.

I almost put myself in the same predicament.

Got approved for a loan for a terminator, but I still have the GT (even though I only owe 1500 bucks on it), I just couldn't justify taking out ANOTHER 450/mo car payment... cuz i'm JUST getting done paying THIS 5 years of 450/mo... life sucks.

I'll probably end up trading my baby into a dealer, I got quoted at 10k trade-in, then I can finance a termie at 15 or so....

If I sell her personally... then I'll be on here looking for a comp. orange Lol
