has anyone ever sold one before? I just dont use mine enough to justify the cost. I just have no idea on how to go about selling it. I dont want to spend alot of money up front like with those stupid companies like timesharesonly.

hey nice idea. How do you handle the legal aspect of signing it over, etc?

Since it is property, you could have a lawyer or title company handle the closing. I know that is what my brother did, he just bought a Disney timeshare for his twins. My brother happens to be an attorney.
