What are the differences in the 96-98 cobra and the 99-01 timing covers? can we use any of these on our 03-04 cobras for a turbo swap on our car? Thanks in Advance.

The 96-99's are the same 3 bolt tensioners. The 2001 are one blot tensioner. Either one can be used. I have the 96-99 for 70.00 shipped. Pm me if interested.
