Ford GT factory specs were 114* intake centerline and 114* exhaust certerline.

Stock Terminator cams were also 114* on the intake and exhaust centerlines. You can consider other lobe separations, and have to be careful how far you can advance the intake cam without piston to valve interference. You want at least .080" clearance at their closest point.

If you have the 8.5:1 compression 5.0 stroker, I'd set them at 110* intake centerline and 118* exhaust centerline. That is 4* advanced with the same lobe separation. That should raise the dynamic compression a little and shift the power curve a little lower/sooner. Just be sure you have enough piston to valve clearance at that advance. There should be enough, but after the fact is too late to check!
