Got my 2013 tail lights "tinted"

Local graphics place in Fort Worth, who specializes in Mustang graphics, came out with some new vinyl vinyl tint to use on the 2013 tail lights.

How my tails looked before...

I'm loving the look so far. I'll get better pictures this afternoon.

This is my buddy's car stock vs. vinyl comparison...

I wont do anything to the tails. They look smoked stock and they have a good light output when in use.
Ford did a great job on those taillights! :)

The only thing that's clear on '13 tails is the small center section that lights up, I've thought about putting vinyl on mine as well but without vinyl it gives it a little contrast. Not to mention blinding the people behind you. Lol

I'm all for personalizing, but I kinda like them better as is...

Light output isn't affected at all. Still bright as hell, but that's LEDs of course.

IMO, I think it gives a little cleaner look on the back of the car, especially on the "darker" colors as the black flows all the way from one side to the other. Plus you can't really see the actual diodes anymore, which I was kind of picky about...

I just tinted my side marker lights and third brake light and left the tail lights as is. If I had a black car I would probably tint the center section of the tails but I like it as is with the grabber blue.

I'm not GB though. DIB is a darker blue.
