Michelin Pilot Super Sport is a superior tire to the Goodyear F1 Supercar G2.
The Michelin Sport Cup 2 tire is essentially a track tire with reduced tread depth leaving only 5/32" of useable tread.
I have used the Pilot Sport 2 and the Pilot Super Sport.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy either one of these again

The MPSS is hard to get in some sizes but I agree, it's a superior tire. I hated the F1 Supercars.

how about pirelli p zeros? any thoughts?

There are better options.

From that list, on my cars for a hot street the MPSS is up top. The RS3s are a great option, for an extra hot street but-not-quite-cup-2, the RE-71Rs are really nice but expensive.

I have a set of Pirelli P Zero Corsa System going on my car, if they weren't $113/tire I honestly would never have bought them.
