I got 275/45/17 tires on my ride - the back wheel well just doesnt look full - would a little wider tire fit.....

What size does everyone else got? front and back....

im running like 285's right now and I know people run 315's and thats pretty much the limit, even those rub a little bit depending on brand... you can play it safe and get some 305's or something

honestly, for any 94'+ year mustang, and you care about the looks of your car and, you don't care about looking stock you shouldn't go less than 295 for the rears. the profile is a different story.

I have 315/30/18s on a 98 cobra and my bro has 315/35/17 on his 98 cobra and they are a perfect fit for the rears. Fills the wells perfectly!

My Saleen's are 10.5 and the tires are 285's with no rubbing anywhere.
I don't know what the backspacing is, but I'm pretty sure it's different from the 18x9's in the front

to run anything bigger than a 275 you're gonna have to buy wider rims, i would recommend 17x10.5 with a 315 on the back, that's what i'm gonna do soon, money pertaining

wheels are 17x8's

If you're running 275/45 on that rim they probably look like truck tires. I would take a look at some tire calculators out there that will help put some things in perspective.
