how tall of a tire can I fit on a on a 15in dark star stock irs?

You can run a 28" slick if you roll your fenders. I think you may also need low profile IRS bolts for clearance.

Mostly going to depend on how low your car is. I run a 28/10-17 Hoosier. I'm on coilovers so I can adjust my height when switching to my slicks. The only area I've ever seen a problem is where the rear bumper and fender come together. It's pretty much where the upper attachment screw is. So if your not slammed you should be ok with some 28's. Offset on your wheels could come in to play as well if they are set out too far.
