Unfortunately no relocation costs! I actually moved here from KY to take this position, all on my own dime. :shrug:

How does salary work? Base + commission?

There is a base plus commission. Right now its straight salary, but within the next week or two we are adding a commission. Mind you this isn't a 20K base with a high commission, its a good base pay with a smaller commission plan. Your base all depends on experience.

I wish you were out in North Carolina.

It's only a 3,000 mile commute.
