Tokico D specs to 03 Bilsteins coil overs?

Ok, so I installed Tokico D specs struts and shocks(w/adjuster extenders) on my 01 cobra. I love how they handle and love the infinite adjustments. My problem is I thought I'd be able to install front and rear coilover conversions on these. However after buying them 10,000 miles ago I came to find out that the rears aren't designed to handle the conversions. So, I'm thinking about buying used 03 cobra struts/shocks and either rebuilding them and installing MM coilovers or just doing the conversion on low mileage units to achieve my original goal. I figure I can buy the shock/struts cheap and sell my current shocks/struts and bbk springs to fund the MM conversion. Am I being crazy or will this be worth it in the end?
