Got my TT kit finally buttoned up. Drive tune loaded and started. Went real smooth. Fired right up and ran awesome. No leaks. Couple minor set backs. TPS had to be lengthened, along with IAT. My stock cobra MAF bolt holes didn't line up with the bolt holes in my JLT High Boost CIA.
Also had problem with intercooler. Couldn't get the fluid to pump through the system. Narrowed it down to something with my HE. Some sort of obstruction on the inside that isn't allowing the IC pump to circulate the fluid. Gonna tear it off tomorrow and see if I can't free it up or will have to buy a new/used one.
Anybody have a factory HE they be willing to sell?
No problem with my accessory belt. I had bought a Metco 90mm idler for use to get more belt wrap on blower but my belt was too short. Had to throw stock idler back on.
