I came upon this while checking out their site since a conversation about the facilty came up while at Gingerman last weekend. Anyway it's only 20 minute drive from my house so I'm going to check it out.

Hey Larry,

Good idea to check it out. There are some Ford clubs (SVTOA; Northwood's Shelby) and are very own Mark Wilson who are trying to arrange for an event there next year.

I'd be interested in checking it out, but will be instructing at Road America for a BMW school this weekend. When you come back, please post stuff about the track and tell us how you liked it.

We've got a date for 2005 already so everyone plan on going next year! It looks like a great track!

Gary at Northwoods Shelby Club said the spring event would probably be there rather than MAM, when I asked him about it at Road America.

I'll be working a corner at Blackhawk Farms that day, most likely. Damn.

Excellent Mark! When is it??? Will it be an SVTOA event or something else?

It does look like a great track....

will it be the full 3.5 mile course?

will it be in addition to or in place of Gingerman?

keep us posted once you have a firm date....or even a ball park date would help, as I'm looking into a few things for 05

Our tentative date is May 21-22 and will be in addition to our July 23-24th Gingerman date and TBD Sept/Oct IRP date. They will all be SVTOA events. Unfortunately they aren't renting out the full course next year but I don't think we could afford it right now even if they were.
