TPMS For New Wheels

I would like to get new wheels for my 2011 mustang gt. The thing is I do not want to lose the functionality of my tire pressure monitoring system. Do they offer aftermarket kits that work on aftermarket wheels?

Is it worth it to try to take off the monitors off of my factory wheels and put them on the new wheels?

You can buy new TPMS sensors from discount tire, latemodelrestoration...etc etc. Any tire place should have them.

Yes you need to get a tool to have your car recognize the sensors. Also tire companies or stores ie discounttires can do it for you.
