I had a High idle and traced it to a bad TPS changed it out and still had issue. Took it to the tuner and he changed the TPS again to an OEM ford one, The TPS idle voltage still is NOT stable. He was able to tune around it and the car is running very well. Im still trying to figure out why the voltage fluctuation. He checked all the grounds and couldnt figure it out. Im going to check the ground again. Also I check to see if there is excessive ripple in the alternator. My only other guess is a bad PCM.
