I bought the ST for $23.9k last July, Machens in Columbia MO gave me $21k for it last month, and I got the GT for $24k.

2012 GT Premium 6spd manual, black exterior, black/lava red interior, brembo brakes, 3.73's, comfort package, HID package, RR Sensing package, and it had a set of 19x9/10 Boss 302 Laguna Seca wheels with almost new Pirelli 255/40R19's and 285/35R19's on it.

Awesome deal. I'm getting close to getting a new car. I'm between 11/12 GT, 13/14 Focus ST or 10-12 Taurus SHO. May I ask why you wanted to get rid of the ST for the Mustang? I travel a lot but LOVE mustangs. Considering getting the SHO or ST and getting a Mustang to fix up when it is more practical. Sorry for getting off topic.
