Tranny Questions

Wondering if I could get some input. When in neutral and my foot off the clutch theres almost like a resonating vibtation that feels like its kinda coming thru the tranny tunnel. Kinda hard to describe but it kinda fades in and out. seems to be coming a little more in than out. Is this natural for this 6060. Also noticed that again when in neutral and the foot not on the clutch, when you give it a bit of gas, theres that rattle underneath the car towards the front. I have about 3600miles on her. I know theres probably some noises that are normal for a factory muscle car.
Any input from you guys would be greatly appreciated.
