transmission oil for the 13s

I am sure this has been discussed before but I can't find it for some reason.

What is the best oil to use for the trans? Also how much do you think it would cost the dealership to do the change?

I know its either amsoil or mobil 1 but I don't know the exact kind needed for our cars.

I used Royal Purple MaxAtf. Four bottles. Get yourself a suction gun and four bottles of atf. Jack left side of car up. Use a 3/8 ratchet and remove to fill plug, then remove the drain plug. Drain shit out. Replace drain plug and tighten it down. Get a buddy to help. Have them suction the gun full, crimp the tube over with their hand and pass you the gun, tube facing up. Un crimp the tube, jamb the end in the fill hole, push in plunger and repeat until fill is achieved.
It's very easy to do with help...

Yep, most modern manual transmissions use ATF.

According to unleashed, 3.6 qt, buy the gallon and use the left over in your power steering. All my amsoil products arrived today...probably do it next week
