If your going to be running the power you say from a TT stroker. Id go with a t56.

Yes I have, about 3 months ago, Zak is a really nice guy and will tell you exactly what you need depending on your future plans for the car. I plan on getting the tt stroker when I hav my IRS beefed up... I met a guy at a car show with a 5.0 stroker tt and it has a built t45

I suggest upgrading to a 26-spline input shaft if you are planning to run upwards of 450Tq. Obviously this means getting a new clutch but I believe is better than breaking a transmission.
