Tree sap in the winter.

Do you guys worry about tree sap in the winter. It doesn't really snow here lowest is prob 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Just wondering wether I should still abound parking under trees.

If it's a Maple yes. They drip in the coldest parts of winter.

Or, just cover your car with pancakes. lol

JK - Actually OP, it's the temperature differentials (cold nights/warm days) in the Spring that create the flow of tree sap.

I parked my F 350 under a pine tree at a customer's house, sap dripped onto the windshield. I was simply amazed at the incredible durability of this sap. I washed over the quarter sized spot repeatedly for 6 months before it finally disappeared. The stuff hardened up like 2 part epoxy, crazy.
