I have never had an issues tuning the 60's or the 80's. :shrug:
Sounds like something else may be off. Or possibly a bad set of injectors, or leak around the MAF or bad MAF. Or possibly a fouled plug.
While running gasoline gets you close to the min pulse width with the 80's, it is still controllable. With E85, they are even more controllable.
The ID's are a much better injector all around, but the price reflects as well.
With that being said, I am going with the ID's on my car.
